Running datacenter operations at scale — and building the AI agents that make them faster, safer, and smarter.
At Microsoft I work across the AMER region on the physical and operational side of the cloud — supporting the datacenter hardware, networking, and live-site operations that power Azure AI, OpenAI, and Microsoft's cloud platforms.
I also build the intelligence on top of it: Copilot-based AI agents, LLM-powered workflows, and automation that cut troubleshooting time and lift technician productivity. I hold an M.S. in Computer Science from City University of Seattle and stay close to the edge of cloud and applied AI.
